Conversations As Nature is a working title for an evolving process of filming and recording moments in nature. Allowing of course all to be nature. The ship and the train, and the man and the bag. The voice of the bird and the tree and the tyre on the road. Going with the flow and allowing all to be remarkable.

I want to keep going out into the land, being drawn out by a host of beautiful sirens but not  insist I find them. To follow the flow and allow what happens to happen and for that to be just perfect. To then play and have fun with sound recording and the editing  and mixing process.  The pieces and moments build and build as I go. It’s a gorgeous process. It can expand and be drawn out in so many directions and remain in tact as a skeleton process or ‘project belief system” that allows all to be its perfect part in it. Theres always a second, theres always fun to explore. There is always something.

As a step along the way I would love to create a non narrative sound led feature length film from these journeys to be enjoyed in a cinema environment. Like something beautiful. From these building blocks that just happen along the way in joy. See what emerges. See what connects.  Enjoy all processes . Love the sound. Break all restrictive creative walls and perspectives and lean into all. Open antenna. Hello.
